Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio/Northeast I-35

For a sold out hotel, when I went, management and staff were very helpful and welcoming. Hotel was overall quiet, clean, and well kept. Had a few minor issues in our room like hallway light being out, leaking bathroom sink facet, toilet not flushing well, and hairdryer sounding like a chainsaw but we brought these issues to the front desk after checkout and they wrote everything down and seemed genuinely happy that we let them know. Breakfast is free but I'd avoid the hot foods they have out like eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc because it was either extremely dry or soggy from all the moisture but they have other options like you can make your own waffles, they have bagels, cereal, muffins, and yogurt. Also, I live next to a train now so I enjoy the sound but if you're a light sleeper, just know that there's a very active train across the street. Overall, a good experience and lots to do by the hotel, like the River Walk.

We had issues with our car window being off track and the very warm and kind security guy James waited by our vehicle all night to make sure our belongings were safe THANK YOU JAMES!, take care of this man Hampton

Hampton Inn and Suites are exceptionally clean and provide FRESH dark roast and other caffeine beverages. I love Hampton's strong java. This location is close to HEB, Taco Cabana, gas stations, 7-11, salons, barber shops, restaurants. I am ndver disappointed at Hampton Inn. Bed and linens, just right. The little fridge and micro come in handy. Hampton sells healthy food for micro if you are exhausted and don't want to drive for food. I love being able to wash and dry clothes at ths hotel. Brianna at the front desk, so helpful and has a gorgeous Texas attitude. Super respectful. All the staff are tremendous.Whenever I travel in USA, I stay at Hampton. I am never disappointed.

Very nice stay, the breakfast was a lot more than I was expecting very good, had scramble eggs French toast and a waffle maker, the rooms were very clean and I did not hear a single neighbor. There’s a train nearby you hear every now and then so be aware. There was an issue with a toilet but contacted the front desk and they were very helpful and quickly fixed the problem while we were out. Overall it was a nice stay.

Stayed here for the first time to attend Space Con. Our room was clean and spacious. Free breakfast was good with a nice variety of food. Every hotel staff member we encountered was friendly. The lobby amenities were very much appreciated. We will be back!

While the hotel offered comfortable friendly service, and a welcoming environment, I regret that my actions did not reflect the level of respect and courtesy your team deserves. We visited for a couple nights while visiting San Antonio and San Marcos. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was clean as well as all the amenities. The pool actually had warm water which was delightful considering it was still kinda chilly outside, so the kids were extremely happy. The breakfast area was super clean and well attended. Everything about our stay was awesome and we would gladly return when in the SA area!
